			FERROELECTRIC DOMAIN DYNAMICS Ferroelectric domain dynamics can span frequencies ranging from DC-THz. We have developed techniques which combine the spatial resolution of scanning probe microscopies with temporal resolution derived from ultrafast lasers. In the animation above, ferroelectric nanodomains respond to GHz electric fields, showing structure on sub-100-nm scales.
